At Kure Tallow, we stand behind the quality of our small-batch, grass-fed skincare. If your skin doesn't love our products, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or lightly tested and in its original packaging.

Domestic Shipping Only

Please note that Kure Tallow currently only ships and accepts returns within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or returns at this time.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@kuretallow.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged item, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@kuretallow.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Because tallow is a natural product, it can melt in high heat during transit; if this happens, simply place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
