SECTION 1 - MEDICAL & FDA DISCLAIMER Products sold by Kure Tallow are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products and the statements made regarding them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Information provided on this site is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full use of any Kure Tallow product.

SECTION 2 - NATURAL PRODUCT VARIABILITY You acknowledge that Kure Tallow uses 100% natural, grass-fed suet. Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers, bleaches, or artificial deodorizers, natural variations in color, scent, and texture (including graininess or melting in transit) may occur between batches based on the season and the diet of the cattle. These variations are a hallmark of a natural product and do not constitute a "defective" or "expired" product. If melting occurs during shipping, simply place the jar in a cool environment or refrigerator to firm up.

SECTION 3 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is correct, current, and complete.

SECTION 4 - OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ due to device settings. Descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS AND SHIPPING TERRITORY Kure Tallow operates and ships exclusively within the United States. We do not accept orders or provide shipping for customers located outside of the United States at this time. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes or shipping. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Kure Tallow is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Kure Tallow. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Kure Tallow, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products.
