Shipping policy
Kure Tallow ships exclusively within the United States. We are proud to offer small-batch, handcrafted skincare delivered directly from our studio in Michigan to your door.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–3 business days.
- During new batch releases or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
- All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on weight and destination).
Shipping Territories
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain larger orders; please provide a physical address at checkout if possible.
Tallow & Temperature (Summer/Warm Weather)
Because Kure Tallow is a 100% natural product without synthetic stabilizers, it is sensitive to extreme heat.
- During summer months, tallow may soften or melt during transit.
- This does not affect the quality or healing properties of the product. * If your tallow arrives soft, simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up. We cannot offer refunds for melted tallow as it is a natural characteristic of the ingredient.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Kure Tallow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kure Tallow will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If your product arrives damaged (broken glass), please email us at support@kuretallow.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement.
